nice to meet you.

With 15+ years of entrepreneurial leadership experience, recruiting muscle, and HR savvy, Brian is the man behind the curtain at Elevation Search Solutions.  No stranger to startups, Brian has been the architect in taking businesses from small to mid-stage and mid-stage to large as both an internal and external partner.  Born, raised, and educated in Nashville, you would be hard pressed to find a business leader in this town who isn’t directly familiar with Brian or who hasn’t benefitted from his advice and guidance at some point. Six degrees of separation? Try two. Collegiate golfer (Go Bisons!), ex-rocker (Weatherspoon tracks currently available on iTunes), and avid runner with a small jazz obsession, this proud Gen X’er found time somewhere in between gigs at Mercy Lounge and commutes to Brentwood to woo the lovely Rachel Hoppes.  He built his first business and a beautiful nest just for her on the East Side where they currently live happily ever after with sons Landon and Will, and fur child, Stu.  [LinkedIn

A passionate leader of IT and software services, Christel has a soft spot for early stage companies, startups, and all things geek. West coast born and Nashville raised, Christel graduated from Belmont University and brings to the table over 14 years of experience in IT/Software sales and consulting. A skilled connector excelling in building dynamic teams, Christel loves creating deep and lasting relationships with her clients and candidates. In her eyes, it's pretty awesome to change someone’s life by helping them land their dream job. A lover of dogs (rescues Bodhi and Basil call her mom), the fashion industry, live music, and all things culture, Christel gets by on wine, the NYT, travel, and the good tunes of the 70’s…think Zeppelin. While East Nashville is home, she'd love to get back to Europe on her next trip across the pond. She is powered by Columbian coffee (pour her some Drew's Brews, pronto!) and barre workouts around music city.  [LinkedIn

Despite a youth spent in Washington during the heyday of The Grunge Era, Jaimie survived the 90’s with little to no trace of patchouli scented flannel or incriminating tree-hugging episodes. She earned her BS in literature from WWU, and through a series of clever plot twists, found herself in Nashville.  A decade later, Jaimie now considers Nashville home and her adopted city is all the better for it!  Dixie, her border collie and resident #BestDogEver, would agree. A specialist in making other’s lives better, Jaimie is known for building strong relationships and being an exceptional listener and friend. These traits have served her well throughout her 18+ year career in Sales and Account Management and are undoubtedly an integral part of the success she has enjoyed both professionally and personally.  Jaimie’s true West Coast DNA is reflected in her continued love of music, concerts, and Seahawks football.  If you can’t find Jaimie on a long walk with Dixie, meeting with clients, or watching sports, your best bet is to try Margot’s during happy hour—her favorite time.  [LinkedIn

Rachel Hoppes

Senior Associate

Elusive, endangered, and deathly afraid of pedal taverns, native Nashvillians are tough to spot in their natural habitat these days. Never mind the cranes, Rachel is proud to see her hometown blossoming and is very passionate about preserving Nashville’s quirky and relaxed southern charm.  Rachel has a dual degree in International Business & French, with a Master's in French Language and Literature to boot.  Having travelled and lived for extensive periods of time in multiple countries, she never saw a better place to establish a root system than right here in Middle Tennessee. Her deep familiarity with the business pulse of both new and old Nashville is an invaluable resource in making great matches between people and companies.  Rachel is a cancer survivor, athlete, Mom, wife, adventurer, lover of good food, even better wine, funky beats, and funkier people. She is a driving force that motivates everyone around her to keep pushing forward.  [LinkedIn
